Our range of lodges available to view now and already sited is below. We pride ourselves on having the widest choice available to choose from that we know of on any Yorkshire Park. In The Dell there is one further plot available for the lodge of your choice, and there's one more on phase 1. The remaining available plots are then on phase 2.

For the ultimate combination of luxurious lodge and prime position. All of our lodges and plots are great, but these are somewhat extra-special. All of the lodges here are sited, and the Pathfinder Penthouse is currently having the final touches of decking/siting etc completed.
In addition to all of the homes shown here already sited, there are several lakeside plots still available on phase two for you to bespoke a lodge of your own choice and specification.
